The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the badjelly platform and all its associated services. 1 Membership and Age Requirement

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that before withdrawing the bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus amount.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be claimed once only — repeat claims are not permitted.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, both accounts will be cancelled.
• badjelly reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• badjelly's decision is final in determining eligibility for any bonus.

4 VIP and Loyalty Program

badjelly operates a three-tier VIP program. Regular players have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers based on their activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Cashback is automatically added to your account each week. Moving up VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and usage patterns. VIP benefits may change at any time.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the badjelly platform. Any violation may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial techniques to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using false identity documents or paperwork to verify an account.
• Playing while intoxicated or during a state of mental impairment.
• Using inappropriate or threatening behaviour toward staff.

6 Gaming Rules and Terms of Service

All games available on badjelly are operated by internationally accredited game providers. Each game's own rules apply.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. In the event of any dispute over a game result, the logs of badjelly's technical system will be considered final evidence.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or any other technical issue, no automatic compensation will be provided for that game. In such situations, please contact the support team via live chat.

6.3 Game Provider Terms
